At CCS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy on all unused and unworn products in their original packaging. Whether it is a deck that didn't feel right or apparel that didn't fit, we are here to make the exchange process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely tape it to your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and hardware is securely packed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
